My name is Kirscha, creator of Five Sense Collective—a sanctuary of healing, connection, and beauty that has served the Malibu community and beyond for nearly a decade. Our geodesic dome, perched high above the ocean, was more than a space; it was a living story. Filled with treasures collected from my journeys to Bali, Belize, British Columbia, Baja Mexico.. this haven reflected the essence of the world and the hearts it welcomed.

Malibu has always been the soul and foundation of Five Sense Collective. This community—the people, the land, the energy—has been the pillar that allowed this dream to flourish. It’s where countless individuals came to heal, to celebrate, and to reconnect with themselves and one another. Together, we built something truly special: a space that was both a refuge and a source of strength.

But tragedy struck. The fire swept through our beloved space, taking everything with it. In just one day, I lost the dome, my instruments, the materials I poured into my work, and my entire livelihood. This loss has shaken me to my core, but it’s not just my story. Some of my clients, for whom I was creating sacred spaces, also lost their homes and everything they owned. This fire has left scars on all of us—personally, professionally, and as a community.

The loss of Five Sense Collective feels like the loss of a home for so many of us. It wasn’t just a physical structure; it was a place of heart, a vessel for the collective healing and connection that Malibu represents. It breaks my heart to think of the memories, the joy, and the sacred energy that can no longer be shared within those walls.

Even in this immense grief, I hold hope for what can be —not just for myself but for the community I love so deeply. I’m humbly asking for your help as we navigate this road, and dream of creating a new space where the magic of Five Sense Collective can live on.

Malibu is my heart, and its people are my family. Together, I know we can heal.

We are currently searching for a location to hold open community ceremonies for those also affected by the fires, once we do, if you or loved ones have been impacted please join us in healing together and re centering during this difficult time.
